My email on account is not connected— I do not receive any emails. Particularly to confirm deleting project, or ability to manage payment.

When viewing the (?) link for logged in users of UCraft Next, the community navigation link routes to an old community link of https://community.usite.ai - need to update that to https://community.ucraft.ai Minor issue but solid for correction for New User such as my self ;) Best! Dave

After I click manual fulfill for the order, then click on the button "Fulfill", I see the Server Error. Then I am unable to change the order status.

IonShield.ca and www.ionshield.ca are down again. Why is there this many problems with ionshield.ca but no problem with www.naturapeace.com ? It's both hosted at ucraft old and I bought the domain on godaddy in both cases. Never had 1 problem with naturapeace and SO MANY problems with ionshield. You had issue with security with ionshield, many networks are blocking it, never happened with naturapeace. This is absurd. I can't have to call you back every 6 months with a down website cause ucraft fucked it up and spend 5-10 hours on the phone every 6 months. If I switch service provider, I'll have to remake the whole website. This won't go down well. Fix this. Last time I'm making such a request, next time I'm canceling all products @ Ucraft and there's going to be a salty review. It's shitty service. This is absurd.

I have had this problem for years. When i try connecting to ucraft using my home internet (fiber optics cable) it gives me this error. "Unable to connect Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at accounts.ucraft.site ." This persists whether I use firefox, chrome, or edge. But when I connect using mobile phone data, or have a VPN running on my desktop, it allows me to connect. So ucraft has some issue with my IP address
