Calendar on checkout broken

Hello,
I have my business hours set to one day, that day being Saturdays. From 12:00 to 18:00....
When on checkout and all products are allocated to the location I would like the customers to be able to self pick up from. It ask to choose a date. It automatically has todays date set and allows orders to go through... which is not good. And The second part of the issue is that I can not select the 28th for example as it is a Saturday and everytime I click it to select the correct date the ordering should be available it does not change it and keeps it on 12:00-12:30 of 12/27/2024.
This is a bug and must be fixed immediately please. If it is not a bug and you can make it work yourself please give it a shot as I only got it to work properly once. I would highly appreciate that this is an urgent matter that can affect not only my business operations but also anyone else using these features. I would assume I am not the only one if it is a bug, but if it is not I would highly appreciate your help on guiding me to correct any self made mistakes. Thank you for your time and help on this matter.
You must have a day your not open for people to select that day for it to even select the previous day the actual day our business is open for self pickup.
