I'm migrating from Shopify, which offered both built-in and third-party custom product builders. One of the key features we relied on was the Custom PC Builder.

We operate in the Gaming PC industry, and having a custom builder is crucial for our business — and likely for others in the tech hardware space as well. On Shopify, we had a system that allowed customers to choose individual parts (like CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.) to create a complete custom build and then purchase it as a bundled product.

Not having access to a similar feature on this platform is going to significantly impact our operations and customer experience. We urgently need a solution that allows customers to select and customize components and add the entire build to their cart for checkout.
