The platform allows users to have multiple forms on a website. Each form can be created for different purposes like as a contact form, evaluation form or subscription, When the visitors submit a form, they receive an email notification. As the platform has only one email template for form submissions it doesn't allow project owners to define proper email content for each form submission.

The email notification template creation and assigning mechanism should be implemented.
