As a store owner/admin,
I want to assign unique responses based on which subscription form a user submits,
So that users receive relevant and personalized replies instead of a generic response like a 1 message for all subscription forms.
Acceptance Criteria:
Each subscription form can be configured with a unique automated response.
Users who subscribe via different forms (e.g., homepage, contact page, or discount signup) receive different replies.
Admins can manage and edit responses for each form separately.
The system tracks which form a user subscribed through for better segmentation.
If no custom response is set, a default message is sent.
Admins can assign a custom name to each subscription form (e.g., "Homepage Signup," "Contact Page Form," "15% Discount Offer").
